Melinda Aspell, Registered Social Worker is a 100% virtual counselling practice. This means that all counselling sessions occur either via video, phone, or written word in the form of chat or e-mail type messages.
Services are available to adults in Newfoundland and Labrador,Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Alberta, Yukon, and Nunavut

Video, Telephone and Text based counselling is available Monday to Friday during the following hours:
9:00am - 3:30pm NST
8:30am - 3:00pm AST
7:30am - 2:00pm EST
5:30am - 12:00pm MST
Fees for Service
50 minute individual session: $150
1 email session: $150
All major credit cards accepted. Direct billing available for some insurance companies.
Many insurance plans offer some type of coverage for counselling with a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or a professional who holds a Master of Social Work (MSW). Please review your policy or contact your insurance company directly to inquire about the specific benefits available to you.
